Introducing our Client Success team

Meet the newest members of our Client Success team! This group is in charge of producing MyEdlio Webinars, conducting trainings with teachers and staff, and ensuring each one of clients is getting the most value from their Edlio website. It's not an easy task, but we're happy to announce that we have recently expanded the team! While many of our clients have previously met Carmell, our Director of Client Success, we have some new faces to introduce - meet Ashley, Neetu, and Sevana! Read on to learn more about them.
1. What did you do before you started working at Edlio?
Ashley: I have worked in some facet of customer service or success for 15 years... all the way back to the good ol' days of working in the mall! I have worked in retail, wholesale, interior design, and international imports as a manager.
Neetu: I worked as a Product Support Specialist at ESP Solutions Group and studied web development.
Sevana: Before Edlio I worked in banking.
2. What do you do to stay relaxed and focused at work?
A: I am super social and outgoing! When I have a difficult situation at work, I take a step back, get some fresh air, and chat with my coworkers to regroup. When I leave work, I try to completely disconnect and dive into my passions: creating artwork, acting, film, and hanging out with my friends. Having that work/life balance is super important for me!
N: I try to look at things from the client's perspective and understand where they're coming from.
S: I like to listen to music and also get up and walk around the floor and have conversations with my coworkers.
3. What do you do for fun on the weekends?
A: I like to hang out with friends, my pets (my dog, Coco, and my turtle, Shelby), work on new art pieces, cook, play kickball, and get outdoors. I am also an actress, so some weekends I am on set filming!
N: I like to go on hikes with my pup, explore new restaurants on the east side, cook, read, and watch movies.
S: I love planning events with my family and fiancé, and of course catching up on my shows!
4. Can you share any tips for site admins who want to increase staff involvement with their Edlio site?
A: For admins, I like to make working on their site sound like a fun past time from their everyday routine rather than yet another job they are taking on.
N: Keep your social media, news, and teacher pages up-to-date!
S: Always keep teacher pages up-to-date, and make sure that events and news are also always kept up-to-date.
5. It's almost summer blockbuster season! What's the best movie you've seen recently?
A: I haven't been to the movies in a while (weird for an actress, I know), but my absolute FAVORITE movie of all time is Jim Henson's Labyrinth (1986) with David Bowie. I have watched it so many times that I can quote the entire movie and know all the dance moves.

S: Best movie I saw recently I would have to say would be Black Panther!
