Office Manager

Our web-based content management system is packed with features designed specifically for teachers and school administrators and is a perfect fit for educational organizations of any size, from small charter schools to districts with dozens of campuses.

We are looking for an Office Manager in our Los Angeles office. The right person will have plenty of opportunities to grow and move up at Edlio.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and maintain office cleanliness and organization at all times
  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, and errands
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Travel booking company-wide
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Plan and coordinate office events
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email or mail
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Process credit card payments
  • Check the mail and PO box

Key Competencies:

  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
